Upgraded Article Module

The article module has been upgraded to allow for different scenarios depending on your needs.

Guest and non logged in visitors

1. Guests can now post comments
2. Guests can now rate articles

Logged in visitors

1. Articles can be set to "Auto Approve"
2. Articles can be set to "Need Moderation"
3. Comments can be set to "Auto Approve"
4. Comments can be set to "Need Moderation"

Moderation

1. Moderation can be done from the article itself by Super Administrators and Article Moderators

Search Engine Optimisation

1. We have implemented the rel: author tag to allow google to identify the author and index all articles belonging to that author
2. All articles by a specific author now links to the "author.php" page for increased indexing by google
3. The author.php page now have the authors profile data at the top of the page.
