An experienced guide rides with the group on the mountain biking trips offering encouragement, mechanical help if needed and tips on off-road cycling techniques. The road biking trips are all fully back-up vehicle supported, should you wish to take a break from the saddle. We do top quality picnic lunches on the muti-day trips, with energy drinks and snacks while cycling on all of our tours.
