Vineyards, switchbacks, flowing single trail, spectacular mountain views and an experience you will never forget while bombing down trails built by South Africa's Meurant Botha
Get collected from your hotel and drive towards one of the oldest town in South Africa, Stellenbosch. Our day begins at Delvera, home and bace of Dirtopia. The routes having been designed and built by Meurant Botha, a legend South African trail builder. Delvera offers gravel uphills crisscrossing through vineyards, switchbacks through the Renosterveld Conservancy and some really sublime single track !!
After lunch on the estate we drive to the Jonkershoek Plantation, a commercial forest nestled in a valley of the Jonkershoek mountains. The route starts mediately with some easy single track as it winds it's way UP through the forrest. The entire ride here is a good mixture of forrest track and single trail, offering spectacular views down the length of the valley. There are a few single track options to choose from, these we will decide on once we have met you and know your level of skill and fitness.
Once back at the car park, don't forget to peel your fingers from the handlebars before loading the bikes and driving back to Cape Town for the drop off at your accommodation.
